| 1st Poet AWESOME GOD Only God knows our hearts he created each and every part It only operates properly when covered with Jesus blood Who can tame the tongue certainly not you or I Only with the holy Spirit and decernment can we survive But we must study the scriptures they are the bread for life Oh God how awesome you are no matter what we do you still have compassion for us What a mighty God you are giving us your only son Jesus who died on the cross God you said heaven and earth would pass away and only your word will stand I believe in what you say because it's your word not mans what an awesome God you are to still love me no matter what I do But I know the day will come when you get tired of me making excuses Lightness you win darkness you loose Who will you serve it's up to you Gods says choose |
