Thanks for Rescuing Me

Give your life to the Lord and trust in the Lord
then everything would be Okay.

Lord, in my past days
I was headed in the wrong direction,
I always felt the need for protection.
Father God you've shown me that everything
I needed you could provide that for me,
and then when I realized that I gave you my life
so you could set me free.
With facing so many tribulations
through the time I was weak,
you still were willing to come rescue me.
Lord, if it wasn't for you
I will still be lost,
but now that I accepted you as my personal savior
I'm on my way to become much more narrow
like the path you were on when you carried the cross.
Father God I wan to say thanks for helping me
to be the Jackie you wanted me to be,
and thanks for rescuing me.
